Refund and Returns Policy

Hatching Egg Pre-Orders not yet shipped, may be refunded. Refunds subject to approval and a fee of 8% will be charged on approved refunds. Once hatching egg order has been shipped, absolutely no refunds.

Chick Pre-Orders not started in incubator Chick orders not yet placed in incubator with scheduled ship date may be refunded with approval. Refunds subject to approval and a fee of 8% will be charged on approved refunds.

Chicks Orders that are started in incubator with scheduled ship date absolutely no refunds.

No returns accepted on chicks or hatching eggs.

Please note all orders will be shipped to shipping address you note in PayPal, and pay close to attention to having this correct, we will not refund or be responsible for any errors in the shipping address you entered–absolutely no refunds or reshipment.

We will not be responsible for viability of hatching eggs if arriving late by USPS or UPS nor will we be responsible for broken eggs damaged by the shipper. We package them safely in egg shipping foam and ship USPS Priority Mail, which is a 2-3 day ship time.
